Septimus is a looter running the Just In Time Payday Loans pawnshop in Dead Rising 2
Septimus is nowhere to be seen and his shop will remain closed until Chuck completes the mission, One Man's Trash .
Septimus' fate ultimately remains unknown, though it is presumed he is killed in the firebombing of Fortune City as he never had plans to evacuate and refused to be brought to the Safe House.
Trivia Septimus' name is only revealed when using a mod .[1]
Septimus cannot be killed or injured, similar to the other looters running the pawnshops.
