Missions.txt controls all of the events in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record, this includes all missions, cases and even zombie placement.

"Dead Rising 2" missions.txt has some important differences and is located here: missions.txt

cMissionSetChuckState commands Edit

NOTE: These commands are still labelled as "Chuck" states, even though it is now Frank West as the protagonist.

There are 301 cMissionSetChuckState commands in missions.txt.
