It has only one attack, similar to an improvised shotgun. It's a devastating weapon as the gems continue killing even after piercing several zombies.
This combo weapon has been described as:
- "Pack a leaf blower with [gems] and fire [them] at zombies like a chaingun. Watch and laugh as they slip, fall and die."[1]
