Dead Rising 3: The Last Agent is the second of four $9.99 downloadable content packs available for Dead Rising 3, and part of the Season Pass, available November 22, 2012 when Dead Rising 3 is released. It includes "new playable characters, missions, weapons, and more".
It is part of the season pass, which includes all four DLC packs and the bonus Nick Ramos Tribute Pack.[1][2]
