Spoiled meat replaces raw meat in your inventory if you wait too long to cook it. If eaten it will still restore one block of health but Frank will grab his stomach in pain. The spoiled meat looks black-red in color with some flies around it.
If Frank is holding or has the raw meat in his inventory, the meat spoils in 15 minutes of real time - 3 hours game time.
