The MMA gloves are a weapon in Dead Rising 2. They are small, open-fingered gloves used in mixed martial arts bouts. They have around 4-6 oz of padding and are designed to provide some protection to the person wearing the glove, but leave the fingers available for grappling maneuvers such as clinch fighting and submissions.

The gloves can be combined with a Box of Nails to make the combo weapons the Tenderizers.

AttacksEdit

Main: Tap / to punch with the MMA Gloves, the attack style is the same as the Boxing Gloves. Chuck swings with his right hand at shoulder height. 130px Combo: During main attack , tap / to swing with Chuck's left hand at shoulder height. 130px Combo 2: During the first combo attack , tap /. Chuck swings upward with his right hand. 130px Combo 3: During the second combo attack , tap /. Chuck swings upward with his left hand. 130px Alternate: Hold / for a powerful right hand swing. 130px Alternate 2: Tap / during alternate for a follow up left hand swing.

TriviaEdit

• Like the Boxing Gloves when Chuck goes into aim mode he will throw punches instead of throwing the MMA Gloves.
• In the PC file items.txt this weapon is called "lmmaglove".
• Possibly Ryu from Street Fighter is depicted on each glove.
