The coffee filters is a key item found in Dead Rising. It is found in the Security Room during Overtime Mode, and is not found during any other time.
After Frank is infected by the zombie virus, he faces zombification within 24 hours. Isabela offers to make a drug to supress the zombification process from a variety of ingredients found in the mall. The coffee filters are one of the ingredients Frank has to find. It is found in the office of the Security Room.
