As Frank is talking to the dying Carlito after killing Larry Chiang, Carlito tells Frank to give it to his little sister. The locket has a picture of the Keyes parents with the word "Pachamama" (Mother Earth) inscribed. It helps Isabela figure out the password to Carlito's laptop so they can free the phone lines and find out other information about Carlito's plan.
